I don't have the exact sequence, but I do have all of the torque specs for you. I've attached the .pdf document here for your reference.
For torque sequence, it's always good to start from the innermost Bolt outwards, in a criss-cross pattern.

Tank passed hydrostatic test. I ran rebuilt bottom end without head for an hour to seat the rings. Pump is producing 18 psig oil pressure. I had to build an unloader cap due to the wrong one was installed and I couldn't find the oem for it.

You have a great looking compressor shaping up! Thanks for posting the pics.
The only thing I'd mention is to run the pump with the head on complete with the transfer tube off, and let it cycle for 1/2 hour or so. This will also seat the valves and break them in.
Also, change the oil after you cycle it through its initial tests, as it will remove the fines that possibly exist in the crankcase.
