I have a new problem. My pump has an unloader that is not functioning properly. My hydraulic unloader valve is working (sending air to the top of my unloader until pressure is established, and then gone). Compressor starts loaded. When I turn it off, there isn't a pssss sound of air relief off the head. I found the 1/8" threaded hole on the unloader soldered closed so I drilled it out. Now air is constantly leaking from this hole. It leaks air with pump on and off. Could my discharge valves be leaking through? I'm not sure exactly how this threaded hole is ever supposed to not leak. There were no o-rings around the brass puck looking part that the diaphram holds down in the unloaded state. Should there be some sort of seal on this. I can't find anything on the parts breakdown. Please help!
