I am rebuilding a KU pump that has the older style connecting rods that lack insert bearings. Can they be replaced with the newer style (610-1411) that contain insert bearings? The crankshaft is a K20A and the journals measure 1.125"
You are in luck! The new connecting rods with the removable insert bearings will work with the older crankshafts. You will need to order a total of 4 to complete the job for 2 connecting rods.
