No Water Flow Rigid Pressure Washer was created by kite420
I have a Rigid gas pressure washer with a Cat triplex pump. After turning on the supply hose and squeezing the wand trigger nothing comes out. I unscrewed the unloader adjustment assembly and water flows no problem. Even a little pressure from the adjustment spring shuts it off. With adjuster off and motor running water comes out but low pressure. Visual inspection of unloader looks okay. Any suggestions? Could it be something other than a faulty unloader?

Thanks for the post!
If the pump is not making any pressure, I would suspect a valve or plunger problem. The Unloader is probably working properly but what I can glean from the information you've given.
What is the model number of the unit?
You'll probably have to disassemble (or have a qualified technician do it) the pump to see if one or more of the valves or plungers is defective (and seals), as most likely the defect lies there and parts will have to be replaced.
