I have a Hitachi c8fb2 miter saw. The positive stop for 45 degrees is not cutting a true 45. How do I recalibrate this? Thanx Chris.

Thanks for the post!
If it is 45 degrees Miter setting, it’s just a matter of adjusting the fences to the 90 degrees to the blade while the saw is set to zero degrees miter.
If it is the 45 degrees bevel, you just need to adjust the 8mm bolt at the back of the table that the bevel rests on when at 45 degrees.
I've attached a couple of photos that give you instructions from the Owner's Manual, hopefully this helps!
