Makita 18V Drill Troubles was created by Disassemble to Reassemble
I have completely disassembled my makita 1/2" driver drill. It is an LTX model and I've gone so far as to disassemble the gear assembly. But I found two loose gears; thus the problem. I don't remember the order of the gears. Did I miss something? It seems like they're in the wrong order. The two loose gears didn't damage to planetary sets. Does anyone know where to find an exploded view of a 125831-7 gear set?

Can you reply with the Model# of the drill? Although 125831-7 is a good part#, there are a few drills this gear set fits.

Well I couldn't find this information, doesn't seem that it exists. Since I haven't torn one of these particular units apart, I'd recommend contacting a Technical Service Rep w/ Makita at 1-800-462-5482.
