I could use some advice on replacing the miter locking lever( part# 116) on the Dw718 type 3. All help appreciated

For this particular item you may want to call your local DeWalt Service Center, just click on the below link to find out where your Service Center is located; you just need to enter your zipcode.
www.dewalt.com/parts-and-service.aspx
Since this is a pretty specific parts question, this would be the fastest, easiest way to find out how to replace the locking lever.
