My Hitachi 15 gauge angle nailer doesn't fire. When I depress the tip and pull the trigger, I get air leaking from the trigger area. The driver/ piston seems to seems to slide freely in the tube. I've replaced and greased just about every o ring in the entire gun including the trigger assembly. I've also replaced the head valve and bumper to no avail. What else can I check.

Thanks for the post RoyT,

Based on what you've already replaced and if the nailer leaks from the trigger area, then the problem is most likely in the trigger valve or with the trigger valve itself.

However, it's difficult to diagnose it without seeing the unit itself.
