I have an NT65MA that takes a second to exhaust. Everything else seems normal. I can't figure out what's wrong.

Thanks for the post!
I would that sight unseen, the cylinder is not sliding back up to the head valve due to lack of lubrication, there is a busted cylinder spring or something is rubbing preventing the cylinder from sliding back up to the head valve. Many times just cleaning out the nailer and re-lubricating all of the o-rings will take care of these types of problems.
Hopefully this gives you a place to start in your diagnosis.
