I've got a RMV 2.5 G30 pump off a generac power washer. The internals are locked up. Motor will not turn over but I unbolted the pump housing and the motor turns over but spins the housing. The problem is that I cannot take the housing off! I've tried a hammerslide and gear pullers to try to get the housing off. I'm about to cut the housing with a sawzall. Any ideas of why it's locked up?

Maybe Pushing or Pulling on wrong spot ?

The pic you show is the crankcase cover. It's the pump housing that was locked up. I cut into it today to find the bearing had failed. Ball bearings had just fell out upon cutting the housing.
