I don't know of a manual available. I would suggest buying a parts saw off of Ebay. You might get lucky and find one broken down, and listed for individual parts. I have one of these in working order if you're interested. I don't need it.

Thanks, but I guess I'll just fool with this one a while. I have two or three other saws, and this was just a project to piddle with.
