MAKITA BHP452 CORDLESS DRILL was created by smokeysailor
Putting my drill back together and no matter what I do the outside cover won't fix back tight.
Ive heard everything has to be just in the right place and I think it is but it must not be.
Help please!

Thanks for the post!
That's right, all of the wiring and components must be reinstalled nice 'n tight in the casing or else the halves will never fit together flush.
Most likely it's a rogue wire in the way that's causing it, if not then I would simply remove all of the components and reinstall. Also, make sure both of the plastic Housings aren't damaged in any way, so as to not allow the components to fit inside as they should.
