Porter Cable BN200A was created by Ermanno
It doesn’t shoot nails in completely, I adjusted it and turned up the pressure still won’t go in all the way.
I’m wondering if there’s a seal or “O” ring missing, parts diagram are not very precise.
Anyone have an idea.

It depends on whether you feel the driving action is strong. If not, it could be the piston ring allowing air to pass.
The other issue is a possible damaged cylinder bumper that is protruding up and preventing the full length of the driver to do it's job. Also, is the driver blade and roll pin that attaches it to the piston in good position?
