Husky C602H Compressor Wont build pressure was created by ElectroTech
So I bought a used Husky C602H compressor for cheap that wouldn't build past 60psi. I pulled the head off the pump and what do I find a busted reed valve. It's on the intake side though would that be the reason it's not building pressure?
Also what can I use to clean up the dirt inside the head and cylinders.
Do I need to replace the gaskets when I put it back together? they look fine.
I found the manual for the pump I believe it's a Powermate 040-0354RP
I found the valve plate assembly 043-0180 for sale but I don't really need the whole plate, I can't seem to find the part number for just the reed valves.
This looks correct but says for CH pump
I'm trying to attach pictures but they keep showing up like 80's tv with bad antenna.

I'm sure you have repaired this by now. The valve plate is the only way to get the reed valves unless you can make them yourself. Always install new gaskets as these type have a type of graphite foil that is a one-time gasket to seal properly.
