This motor/pump assembly doesn't have capacitors so we'll have to look elsewhere.

First, start with the Jumper Wire which is item# 22 on the schematic diagram. You'll have to remove the plastic shroud from the motor/pump assembly first, obviously. Check the wires to confirm they're not burnt or damaged.

Another problem could be your Pressure Switch. Remove the plastic cover from switch (make sure to unplug the unit first!) and look at the copper contacts which the power cord wires and motor wires connect to. Are they damaged or burnt? If so you may need to replace the on/off Pressure Switch. The Switch is reference# 9 on the schematic diagram, by the way.
