Thanks for the post Chris,
What it looks like to me is an "ABAC" pump. They manufacture the "BelAire" line of compressors but their pumps (which are Italian) are used on many, many different private label units.
ABAC is now owned by Chicago Pneumatic. To my eyes, this looks like a model B6000 pump, possibly.
Here's the B6000 breakdown:
www.mastertoolrepair.com/two-stage-air-c...ts-b6000-p-3750.html
...or possibly a B7000 pump:
www.mastertoolrepair.com/air-compressor-...ts-b7000-p-3721.html
I'll dig around some more to see if I can get a definitive answer.

Thanks for the info. I looked around and b6000 look different on the gaskets and few other parts. Now the b6000 that mc millan has looks real close. How do you know which b6000 you have to get parts for it? Thanks chris

Well, my rep at ABAC/Chicago Pneumatic says this looks more like a B7000 pump:
www.mastertoolrepair.com/air-compressor-...ts-b7000-p-3721.html
There aren't many parts available for this pump any longer but I believe the Head and Cylinder Gaskets are, as well as a Valve Plate Assembly.
Here are some specs for the B7000 pump so you can match the specs from your pump:
Min RPM 700 Max RPM 1000
Max Pressure 175 psi
Weight 85 lbs.
19.7 L x 16.85 W x 19.52 H
Bolt Footprint: 11.42" Side to Side, 9.45" Front to Back
