Looking for a rebuild kit for a Falcon B2 pump?

8 years 7 months ago #1579 by Falcon1
Yeah thats the one! I called Pacific air compressors and they have a gasket and ring kit but its $390 plus shipping, wow! The Quincy rebuild kits are less than half the price and he said the rod bearings were very expensive and I should source some thru a machine shop. I will make my own gaskets if I have to, no way Im going to pay thru the nose for gaskets!

Other then purchasing them from a Curtis dealer, making the Gaskets may be the better option at that price

At least you know what model pump you have, which is one step closer than you were before!

Thank you. Would you know where I can get a service manual for said pump? Im going to pick up a bottom end kit from a curtis dealer, they probably will have one but I'd like to keep my options open.

All I could find were the attached .pdf documents, which are essentially startup, operation and maintenance information with parts breakdowns of each Curtis pump. Hopefully this will help.

I'd contact a Curtis rep if you need more detailed service info.
