Disclosure: I haven't disassembled this particular unit before, but it's very similar to most oil-free, direct-drive pumps on the market.
1. You would simply take the cover (shroud) off.
2. Remove the valve plate assembly and cylinder barrel.
3. Remove the #30 Bearing (which the Conrod installs around) with small bearing pullers.
4. Press a new bearing on (if needed).
5. Install the new piston ring (if applicable, although this is recommended) on the Piston/Conrod.
6. Pull the Conrod through the Cylinder from the top of the Cylinder (make sure to NOT push the rod up from the bottom of the Cylinder! This will likely ruin the Piston Ring).
7. Press the new Conrod onto the #30 Bearing.
8. Re-install the Valve Plate Assembly and Head (check your Gaskets to make sure none are damaged).
