Thanks for the post!
Does the unit keep running, but doesn't pressurize more than 60 PSI? If the compressor keeps running but won't pressurize past 60 PSI then most likely you have a Reed Valve problem in the pump. Either the reed valves under the Head are sticking, rusted or cracked/broken (thereby not "springing" open and close on the valve plate like they should).
If this is the case I would take the Head off of the pump and inspect your Valves. Make sure your Valve Plate is clean of carbon build-up as well. You will need to replace at least the Gaskets, if not the Valves as well; if so there is a Valve Kit (w/ Gaskets) that we sell for this unit.
If the gas engine simply shuts off when the unit reaches 60 PSI them most likely there is a problem with the idle speed setting on the governor of the Honda engine; you may need to play with the throttle /idle control that connects the Pilot/Unloader Valve on the tank to the throttle on the gas engine.
Feel free to reply with any additional questions you may have and we'll go from there.
Hope this helps!
