You can honestly just buy some 3/8" or 1/2" (whatever size the Tube is) soft copper and have it bent like the original tube, typically hardware stores can do this for you.

If you can, you can reuse the Compression Nuts, but you'll want to replace the Compression Sleeves (Ferrules).

The best option (although more pricey) would be to install a Stainless Steel, Flexible Transfer Tube. These are stronger, vibration won't kink them and they just last longer.
