Coleman power mate CS0200412 was created by Garymck2
Just received my new piston kit for the Coleman powdr mate CS0200412 wanted to find out easiest and best way to install. Will initial lubrication be required and should it be inserted into the cylinder before attaching to the motor shaft. I also got a new valve package as well. Any and all feedback will be appreciated. Thank you Gary

Thanks for the post Gary!
No sir, NO lubrication is required on these oil-free units so install it dry.
The easiest way to install it would be to take the whole Piston/Conrod Assy and pull it through the top of the cylinder, down. If you push it through from the bottom you'll most likely damage the Teflon Piston Ring itself.
From there it's quite easy, just bolt the Connecting Rod onto the Eccentric Bearing Assy and install your Valve Plate Assy just like it came off.
Please reply if you have any additional questions!
