As far as I know it's a private label manufactured by various manufacturers.

If this is similar to the unit you're looking for then I would say it's a solid buy, certainly. This unit in particular is manufactured by Campbell Hausfeld and has quite some age on it. It has a heavy-duty cast-iron pump, however, that was a very popular Campbell pump and they still manufacture a similar pump today.

If the pump runs well (and you don't hear an knocking of course!) and the tank holds air then I would say it's a good purchase!
