I have new pistons and rings for the above said pump.. could you tell me in wich order and direction the compression rings go. and wich direction the bevel on the oil ring goes. one oil ring has a slight slot cut out of the outside and the other has a bevel on the inside.
From my experience the bevel faces the bottom of the piston. The slot/bevel in the oil ring installs the same way.
Make sure you stagger the slots in all rings 120 degrees from each other.
