Hello,

I have a Porter Cable CPL6025 the motor is damaged and cannot be rebuilt per the motor shop near me. P.C. has been discontinued and no alternative, to my dismay. The motor is a GE 5KCR49UN2398AY that seems to be discontinued as well. I am new to motors so I have been stabbing in the dark.

Although I need it 110V.

2 Questions:
Can I just swap it out? (Although mounting would need to be modified)

Can a 230V motor work on 110v?
