Im having trouble figuring out how to covert my check valve. I was given a IR 80 gallon compressor tank that has a harbor freight single stage pump that has a 3/4" MPT to connect the air tube. My tank has a 5/8 inverted flare x 3/4 MPT. What do I need to do to be able to convert? I have not been able to find an adapter that will go from the 5/8 inverted flare to a 3//4 MPT so I was thinking that changing to a different style check valve would be the way to go however the check valve that Im looking at is the 3/4 flare x 3/4 MPT does not have a port for the safety valve. Thanks for any help.
