Kobalt 60 Gallon Compressor felt filter upgrade? was created by Whymee
This is my compressor, with the felt filter setup.

Is there a way to convert my felt filter system to the more preferable (to me) paper cartridge system?

Looks like the filter assy. is available, but I need the filter base (#4) to complete the conversion, which, if I read the schematic correctly, not available. Although I suppose I can fabricate a base if needed.

Any advice/help would be deeply appreciated.

We are adding the metal plate to that page today.
Please check back at the end of the day and we should have that plate available to order.
Also, order one of the canister air filters as well plus a head gasket.
