I have a Kobalt Compressor Model # 99007 (VLK1582609) that will not operate. The pump assy seems to be not working.
I saw where the seals might me an issue, but I can't find parts anywhere. Look at the attached pictures and see which seal might be causing the issue.

It could be both the piston ring as well as the seal.
