I have an R series and yesterday I put a regulator and water Oiler in the line. And today I blew the regulator (it’s leaking air out the top badly ) so I checked the gauge on compressor and it’s running a 160 plus befor it shits down. Can’t find a local regulator that has intake more than a 150 so I thought I could back the “in out” off to get below 140 so I could use the air separator. But now I’ve got something turned wrong cause it’s all messed up. I think at least anyways. Which do I turn to get the pressure lower the 3/4 or the 9/16and which way do I go with it???

That is a pilot valve, not a regulator.
Here is a link on how to adjust them.
