I have a craftsman #919.195411. Six months ago I replaced The pressure switch.After installing the switch, the regulator started leaking. I replaced it. Then the safety switch tripped too soon and the Flexible PR tubing blew a small hole. I Replaced the safety switch and cut off the damaged flex tubing. The flex tubing blew again as well as the safety switch tripped too soon. The safety switch trips before 100LBS. I replaced the pressure release tubing with copper and then replaced the check valve. The safety switch tripped too soon and the copper tubing blew a hole. I attached pictures.

This sounds like a clog in your check valve, the brass part that is in your tank at the end of your pump to tank supply line. Item 17 on this page link below:
