I have the above compressor that runs until reaches max. pressure, Release valve activates but compressor keeps on running , Where /what is the problem ?
First, make sure that the tank pressure gauge is accurate. If it is not, then you will be replacing the wrong parts. If after putting a known gauge on that does work, this sounds like a bad pressure switch if the pressure continues to rise.
