Howdy -
in the middle of rebuilding my first compressor. Ordered all new bearings, seals, and a basic rebuild kit with gaskets, valves, and rings.
The problem is the rings that came in the kit look totally different than the ones I removed. Existing, there was an oil ring and 2 identical compression rings.
The kit came with 4 different rings (see attached)
What order do they go in? Shouldn't I have 2 flat rings for the oil ring (above and below)? It only came with one...
With this many rings - how do I clock them? still at 120* each?

Thanks for the post Seabass,
Correct, the new Ring Kit is different than the old ring kit you have...they changed this in 2014.
You will just need to stagger the rings when you install them as you normally would. You should have received two of the flat steel rings that go along with the oil ring. Hopefully the diagram I attached to this reply will help you moving forward.

Hmmm...mine only came with (2) total of the thin flat rings...should have come with 4 then?
The kit I got doesn't really list what should be in it:
mastertoolrepair.com/pump-rebuild-kit-610-1122-p-3105.html
I found this one on your website which is a little different than mine but it does show 4 rings:
mastertoolrepair.com/ku-pump-rebuild-kit-610-1304-p-500779.html
Any idea how I can order 2 more additional flat rings?

That's not good. I do know that the 610-1122 rebuild kit should have included 4 of the steel flat rings (part# 150-1004) that go on the top and bottom of the oil ring.
You only received two of these?
