Hi I have a Clarke air industrial which I have replace the motor with a new 3hp one I have got it all working but when gets hit about 100 litres in the tank the motor starts to labour and after a minute I have to press the reset button and then it imedalety labours again then turns off thanks in adavance

Do you have a model number on your Clarke air compressor?

If the unit starts to labor after awhile (you mentioned after it fills to 100 liters), there may be too high of an amp draw from the motor, which is causing the unit to labor. I would confirm the specifications on your motor and look at the amp rating; make sure the motor can efficiently push the pump on your compressor.
It sounds like the motor may be under-powered, causing the issue you're experiencing. I don't have any information on the unit being you didn't give a model number, so if you can provide this information I'd be glad to assist further if I can.
