Torque converter was created by tunicariverrat1941
Manual says to torque piston rod bolts to "Torque to 97lb-in +-10"
What does that mean? What do I set the torque wrench to?
Green at all this, Please help..

Thanks for the post!
That means you'll want to torque the rod bolts down to 97 in/lbs "plus or minus" 10 in/lbs. So, that'd be 87 in/lbs to 107 in/lbs.
What you want to do is initially torque them down to 97 in/lbs then take a punch and lightly tap the center of the bolt, then re-torque it again as you have to set the rod bolts. Do this a couple of times and you'll have them torqued down correctly.
