Is a Rol-Air compressor K30 made by Chinook? Therefore it is metric, eg main and big end bearing crank diameters are 30mm with HP piston diameter 52mm LP piston diameter 105mm?

Yes, the Rol-Air K30 model is made by Chinook, so it is metric.
