Hello,
I have a 93274 US General 5hp, 2 stage, 60 gallon air compressor with a T29s pump. I ordered from you a Filter Plate Adapter (fsad01) (1400477), and Air Filter Assby. (FS-10-052). The adapter has a gasket that came with it. I was just wondering if when I install the filter/adapter, should I use a gasket sealant (like permatex or similar) on the gasket, or just bolt it up to the pump dry? Thanks for your time and help.

Thanks for the post!

You would install the gasket dry, no sealant is necessary per the manufacturer. There isn't a torque spec for the bolts so I would say just hand-tight, but make sure you crank them down pretty well.
