Jenny KU flywheel

Jenny KU flywheel was created by ricotex
I'm trying to remove the flywheel from a Jenny KU pump. I've taken the roll pin out but I can't get the flywheel to move. I don't own it so I'm trying to avoid heat if possible. Don't want to cook the paint, but I will if i have to.

Any tips would be appreciated.

Thanks

Thanks for the post!

These Jenny pump flywheels can be very difficult to remove, I know. What you need is a large, 3-arm bearing puller, which is what we use in the shop.

Grab a hold of the back hub of the flywheel and take a socket with an impact (1/2" impact ideally) wrench and simply use the impact to slowly remove the flywheel off of the shaft.

It may take some time, but it should do the trick. If not then you'll have to apply heat to it first, then remove it with the bearing pullers. If you don't have one you can probably rent one to be honest.

Hope this helps, let us know if it works!

Thanks for the info. Thankfully I was able to avoid removing the flywheel after all.

I don't have a match for the 310-1001 exactly, but there is a 310-1001-02 Connecting Rod, which is an old part number.

Is this for the KU model pump? If so then you'll want to use part# 610-1411 Conrod Assy, which you can find on our site by clicking on the below link:
