I purchased a kobalt 1.5hp with a 10 gallon tank. M-103797/E-06513026.
I pluged it in and tried to fix a flat tire, it stopped. Recently I opened the top and found that the wires just before the fuze had melted, but the fuze was good. I repaired the wires and replaced the fuze. However everytime I try and use it I blow another fuze. It has the original power supply so it is not to long. Please help, very frustrated.

This is a digital display unit so the problem most likely lies in the Digital Manifold Assembly. Unfortunately this assembly is no longer available so if it needs to be replaced there's not much that can be done with this.
I would assume the problem lies here, even though I'm admittedly not an electrician. If you already tried to replace the fuse and wires and the problem persists, most likely one of the capacitors on the circuit board are defective. You can try contacting a technical rep with the manufacturer by calling 888-895-4549 for more info.
Thank you for the inquiry!
