Hello,
Is there a fix to repair this compressor, P/N CAC-317 is not available for
Craftsman model # 919.176730. Can I just buy a new compr sleeve and compr
nut to fix? And bend the tube a bit? Tube wore through after all these
years.

Thanks for the post!
You can honestly just buy some 3/8" or 1/2" (whatever size the Tube is) soft copper and have it bent like the original tube, typically hardware stores can do this for you.
If you can, you can reuse the Compression Nuts, but you'll want to replace the Compression Sleeves (Ferrules).
The best option (although more pricey) would be to install a Stainless Steel, Flexible Transfer Tube. These are stronger, vibration won't kink them and they just last longer.
You can pick up something like what we carry locally most likely. If you click on the below link you can see the various S.S. Braided Tubes we carry for your reference:
