DeVilbiss D30106 Compressor Motor for Craftsman

10 years 3 months ago #641 by tlundel
I have a Devilbiss (ECM) N102531-D replacement motor for my 15 gal. Sears Craftsman air compressor (model #919.167240). The original Craftsman motor was part no. Z-D23625. The Devilbiss/ECM part no. is D30106 on the motor label (model no. UI-451200-21K01-A. My problem is that the black and white wire terminals on the Devilbiss replacement motor are in different locations than the original Craftsman. I don't want to take a chance and burn something out.

In this case I would honestly contact Stanley Black & Decker directly at 800-556-6696 as they are the parent company of DeVilbiss.
This is the safest bet as, you're right, you don't want to burn up the new motor. A technical rep can easily assist you with wiring the motor.

Hope this helps!
