After tank is full, air leakes from switch box was created by MTR-Admin
This is a very common problem, what you have is a bad tank Check Valve. This is the root cause of the Pressure Switch leak. It's probably the most common problem with any air compressor.
You can test it to be sure by clicking on the below link, which also has a short video on how to test the Check Valve as well:

Let us know if this worked for you or not! If you need to order a Check Valve, you can call in at 757-547-8665.
Thanks!

Replied by yacko8 on topic pressure switch auto bleeds
Installed new Condor MDR 11/6EA PS which works OK except after getting to cut out at 100 psi it bleeds back to cut-in pressure of 80 psi, then starts again and repeats. This is on Sears 2 HP unit replacing original Furnas PS that failed to unload but also started the same bleeding.
