California Air Tool 8010 unloader tube: Need help ID fittings and tube connectio was created by peterwolf5
Hi everyone.
I have a California Air Tool 8010 model.
My check valve has been leaking by causing the unloading valve to leak air ever since the first day I bought this compressor. After many emails with CAT, I have not gotten any help to date and only referred me to this website for parts and help, so here I am.
So, after disconnecting the unloading tube, I damaged the tube itself. I cannot find the replacement tube anywhere.
What I want to do:
1) Replace the check valve.
2) Replace the Unloading valve while I am at it. It's nasty inside.
3) buy or create a tube with proper fittings. I know one is some sort of flare and one is compression I think, but I seriously can't figure it out. If I can use poly tubing, that works for me.
What I am hoping you can help me with:
1) Identify the fittings I need and maybe where I can purchase them. SEE IMAGES ATTACHED

The check valve is #49 here:

We have several lengths of nylon tubing here:

I appreciate your reply. I did find all those supplies, but it is the fittings that those tubes have that will not work with that check valve. It is the fittings I was hoping someone could help me identify.
