AMP brand X500BPA80V pump was created by chadnelson
I am looking for parts or a new replacement pump for my AMP air compressor. Model X500BPA80V. It has a 5 HP motor @ 230 volt and a 80 gallon tank rated at 140 psi. There is a loud banging inside pump due to compressor trying to run at below zero temperatures. So I either need internal parts or new replacement pump. Any help is greatly appreciated.

sure looks like it. Except mine is 80 gallon. What is the shaft diameter on the Coleman 165 pump?

That I am not sure of. I would need to find the pump and measure it.
What is the serial number of your air compressor?
Do you have a picture of it?

Serial number hard to read. Either 11450731 or 17450791

Ok I purchased the Coleman/Sanborn 165 pump (040-0430, 040-0311) and it works great.
My question now is what is the max pressure setting for this pump?
