I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with posting pictures and receiving an error message stating "Failed to create attachment directory." This error usually indicates a problem with the file storage or directory permissions on the server where you're trying to upload the images.
To troubleshoot this issue, here are a few steps you can try:
Check file permissions: Ensure that the directory where you're trying to upload the images has the necessary write permissions. If the directory is on a web server, the directory should typically have permissions set to 755 or 775. You can modify the permissions using FTP or file manager provided by your hosting provider.
Verify storage availability: Make sure that there is enough storage space available on the server to accommodate the image uploads. If the server is running low on disk space, it may prevent the creation of new directories or files.
Clear cache and cookies: Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause issues with file uploads. Clear your browser cache and cookies and try uploading the images again.
Contact your hosting provider: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, it's possible that there might be server configuration or permission restrictions set by your hosting provider. Get in touch with their support team and provide them with the specific error message you're encountering. They should be able to assist you further in diagnosing and resolving the problem.
Remember, the exact steps to resolve this issue may vary depending on your specific hosting environment and the software you're using for image uploads. It's best to consult with your hosting provider or the support resources related to the platform you're using for more specific guidance.
I hope these suggestions help you in resolving the problem. Also we have worked on a project with the simple error which was  golfersunion.com/
