Help finding the correct regulator rebuild kit

4 years 11 months ago #3062 by djzang
Hi,

I have a Mastercraft 125PSI 4 Gallon air compressor. Mastercraft is a Canadian big box store's rebranded name. I'm not sure who actually manufactures the units. The problem I have is I believe the regulator is missing components but I'm having trouble finding the correct kit to rebuild it.

You are definitely missing parts.
What is the model number. I see the label, but it does not have a model number.

The model is the number in the bottom right corner of the label: 58-7922-8.

Here is the manual for it: www.manualslib.com/manual/1118513/Mastercraft-58-7922-8.html

Thanks!

There are no part numbers on the breakdown.
First, you would need to find out who made it for Mastercraft as they do not make these themselves.

Ya, I've been trying to figure that out. So far I haven't had any luck. Was hoping someone would see the pics and say "oh thats the same setup that XYZ uses" :)

The closest I can find to what looks like the same setup as mine is this page:

www.about-air-compressors.com/fixing-an-air-regulator/

Does that help in identifying it at all?
